One of my favorite things to do and watch is Basketball. I enjoy to play basketball with my friends or just practice by myself. Basketball is my favorite sport. I have been playing this sport since I was 6 years old. My favorite basketball team is the Chicago Bulls. They have been my favorite team not only because of my idol but because they are a good team that I have liked since I was young. My favorite player now is Derrick Rose. My favorite player of all time is Michael Jordan. I epically love basketball because of all the cool moves and tricks. Basketball is and forever be my favorite sport.

I think the quote has about two meanings to it. The first meaning is telling us that we shouldn't be afraid of anything. Whatever we start we should have courage to do it and we should also have the courage to continue it and to not stop. The Second understanding i have to this quote is that we we should have the courage to stop anything we do or have the courage to stop something we shouldn't do.One example to this quote is that lets say you start something that's really difficult and you want to give up you have to have the courage to continue and finish what you started. Athletic trainers work with athletic teams, athletes, coaches, and sports medicine physicians. They help develop training programs to prevent injuries as well as rehabilitation programs for the injured. They treat injured athletes under the direction of team or sports medicine physicians. Before athletic events they will bandage, wrap, and affix braces to prevent injuries.
