I think what the statement is trying to say is that kind words are easy to say but if you don't mean them then they are useless and if you do use them correct then the possibilities are endless. People now a days should use nice words because that may help people be successful in a way. Kind words and their meanings are stronger than you can imagine. For example if yo use a nice and kind word to someone then the meaning of the word will mean everything for them and help them be more successful in life. Kind words can be used to make it out a hard situation.
