Duties and Responsibilities: Research Scientists
work to improve life and health by increasing the world's knowledge about their
chosen field of study. Their interests
are many and varied, and often they focus their research in biochemistry, genetics,
immunology, microbiology, marine biology, molecular biology, physics, or
pathology.
Salary: $25,000-$75,000
Education: You need at least a master's degree,
and a doctorate is required to conduct advanced work or manage research
programs or departments.
Reflection: I would like to be a
Research scientist because it sounds interesting and pays pretty well.
