The quote or statement that Margaret is telling us different things. What it basically says is that if you discipline yourself too choose the right then you proceed to good self-esteem and Personal Satisfaction. Some things that are the right thing to do may seem difficult but you have to try to do it. I think this will make you become even stronger. If you choose the right even when its difficult then your Self-esteem is going to be prestigious and your going to feel good about your personal satisfaction. For example lets say you are a student like myself and you want really good grades. YOU have to discipline yourself to do it and not fail. Yes i know that it may seem hard but if you push yourself you can do it. Once you have completed it you can feel way better about yourself. This is a very good quote and is very true.
