I honestly think if you set your goals high then you won’t stop till you accomplish your hopes and dreams.  This will help you reach your goal and be successful in life. I try to do this because the goals I have are very ambitious and I will not stop until I get there. I think they key to life id being happy and successful. For example I always wanted to score more than twenty points in my basketball games. So I will set my goals high so I can accomplish it and be successful.

Michael Phelps was trying to tell us two things in this statement. The first is too basically not put a limit on anything you do. You should never do that I believe because you shouldn’t stop what you are doing in order to accomplish something. The second part is basically saying the more you dream the farther you will get. If you don’t dream as much then you probably won’t get as far. If, you do dream then of course you will achieve more and you will get farther then if you didn’t have one. For example if you want to be a pro football player then you have to dream it to get closer to your dream and be successful. If you don’t then you will not accomplish it and won’t get far.

Restoring The Faith in Humanity

The video i have just watched is very emotional and inspiring. It shows how good it feels to choose the right and help out people in the need of it. Everybody should just choose the right always and maybe this world would be a better place. It shocks me how some people will risk their safety to save a stranger that is need of some help. People who fall in train tracks and the train is coming takes a lot of guts. I think everybody in the video that helped deserves an award of being  such a great person. Restoring the faith in humanity is a very good deed and should be spread everywhere.

Lets face it, if you don't try hard at something then that's basically not going to get you better at all. In order to reach your goal or even just be better at something you got to try harder. Hinckley has told us that if you try a little harder than you will get a little better. I personally know this from experience because i play basketball and when you try harder then you will get a little better each and every time you play basketball. Everybody should follow this because it will make your life better after you try, For example i used to suck at layups in basketball. but then every day i would try harder and harder and next thing i know i was able to make layups. That is proof to me that when you try harder then you will get better as the effect.

Duties and Responsibilities: They create graphics for textbooks, journals, magazines, and educational films.  Their drawings span a wide range from microorganisms to body parts.

Education: Students Interested in becoming medical illustrators should take a college preparatory program in high school that focus on art and science.

In college they should either major in art and minor in science or major in science and minor in art.  Undergraduate science courses are the same as those required for medical school.

The majority of medical illustrators have master's degrees in the field from a program that is accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Educational Programs.

Certification as a medical illustrator requires a graduate degree in medical illustration, a portfolio review, and successful completion of a national examination.

Reflection: I wouldn’t like to be a medical illustrator because I can not draw, I am not good in that so I wouldn’t want to be one.

Everybody can achieve excellence if they try hard enough. If you work hard enough then you can get their quickly, but you cant do less work than excellence. In order to achieve excellence you have to quit all the lazy work you have been doing and strive for excellence. That is one thing that comes up in my head or anybody else. For example lets i always want to achieve greatness or excellence when i am playing basketball. You have to quit the work that inst going to make you accomplish the hard work and dedication in order to be full of excellence.So from that point on work hard, and you can achieve excellence in a day. 

Medical Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities: Their duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding for insurance purposes. They also record vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, and administering medications as directed by physician.

Salary:  $29,000-$43,000

Education: You need a one-year certificate, or complete a two-year associate’s degree from an accredited school. The coursework for medical assistants will include medical terminology, math and science, first aid, medical billing.

You also need a certificate from the CMA and one year of medical schooling. You need to renew you degree every 5 years.

Reflection: I would like to be a medical assistant. It sounds like a good job and a experience to become something greater in the Medical field.

In my opinion i think this is a very good quote. Greg is trying to tell us one thing in particular. That we should do good everyday and when we do we have to sign it with confidence, and excellence. I think we should all paint a masterpiece everyday not for the sake of others, but so you can feel good about yourself. Once you have done that its like autographing a master piece you have drawn. I thing to a perfect life is when you know you have done something well and you acknowledge it in a special way. For example lets say you have helped somebody everyday that is in need of it, then once the day is done you can sign your name with confidence and excellence for the good deeds that you have done in life.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Research, look for, and provide the following:

Duties and Responsibilities: The LPN will usually be the first medical professional to work with a patient. Recording the patient’s history is one of the first duties. Other jobs the LPN performs are

·         Giving medication as prescribed by a physician

·         Taking vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight

·         Basic wound care including cleaning and bandaging injured areas

·         Giving injections of medication

·         Immunizations

And many other things.

Education: They need a High School Diploma or a GED certificate .

Reflection: I would like to be a Licensed Practical Nurse because they pay pretty good and it seems like a chill job.

Their is basically one lesson in this statement by Paul Bryant. Yes, anybody can can win a game and win a championship but you gotta learn something else. The will that you need to win is what really counts and that is a big difference. I think the will to win is more important because you already know that you are going to try your best and have the confidence to win. For example lets say yo have the will to practice and study the game before you win, then you will deferentially get a win and accomplish something or a championship.

He is also noticeable because he was a long time coach at the university of Alabama. He has six national championships and thirteen conference championships. Many of his players have gone to be in the NFL and be good at football. His legacy still continues till till this day.

Reflection: I would not like to be an industrial hygienist because it does not interest me in any way.

 I really think that the world should run through unity. It only takes one person in order to start working with someone or a team. We as humans need to start working with eachother to get things done and be happy and successful in life. If yo choose to work alone rather than with people or your peers the striving your goal or dream will not be easy or quick. In order to pursue your dream or do something the you need a group not only to be successful but with teamwork you get to do things easier and better. For example lets say you have to do this project for a class.If you choose to work alone then it will be much challenging and will take plenty more time. But, if you choose to work with other people then it will be faster and you will accomplish to get a better and good grade. I always try to work with other people in order to get things done and make life easier and more fun. I think everybody should follow this in order to accomplish their goals. 

Home Health Aide

I would not like to be a home health aide because I don’t really like to look after people. Its kind of babysitting and I don’t like that. It’s a lot of responsibility and you have someone’s life in your hands.

I do not like to do things by myself personally. Id rather have other people or just one person to accompany me. You can achieve more if you are working with someone else. This quote can be really good to use when you are playing as a team.  The quote is trying to say that it is easier to accomplish your dream if you work as a team. I actually do believe its better to work as a team because you get things done. For example i am a basketball player, and its better to play as a team. If we really want to win a game we don't just work on our own or just ball hog and shoot it on our own. We all count on everybody so we can get the win. I really like this statement.

I think this quote as a very blunt meaning. Now we as humans, have the ability to control our thoughts and our hopes and dreams. We can either control or go after to our dream to succeed or we can either fail. We can compare the human mind to almost anything. But, i think the most important one is comparing it to a garden. The garden really goes with us for a specific reason. Like a garden we can either grow flowers or we can grow weeds. The flowers in this situation is success. The weeds in this situation is our failures. Like a garden we can plant something in our mind that is either negative and positive. For example if we wanna be a owner and founder of a very successful company then we must plant our seed in our head and start growing the flowers. No matter how big your goal is if you stay determined to it then that's how great you will become. This is what James Allen is trying to tell us in his statement. If your goal is a big and great, then you will become like that as well. I think the picture of the turtle trying to eat the strawberry is a perfect example of this statement. For example lets say your aspiration is to be one of the best baseball players to ever live. Then you become as great as the goal you have and you started with, The only thing is that you always have to stick with the goal you have. If you don't have a goal then you will not be as a great person you thought you were. In my opinion if you don't have a goal then you are not living life appropriately.

You have to go to Library technician programs at a community college or technical school. Associate's degrees can be earned in many of these programs in order to participate or become this career.

I would not like to be a Health Science Librarian because this career does not interest me. I wouldn’t like to research things or store information. They also get paid the minimum which wouldn’t consider me doing.

Everybody should have a starting point in their life. We all have it at one point and we hope to start a new successful life. Well Napoleon Hill tells us what you need to require a starting point of achievement. We have to definitely have a worthy goal in order to start. We need a goal that is going to be worth it to change your life or situation. WE also need a positive mental attitude. Which is PMA, what hill calls it. Once we have those things then we have a better chance at a good starting point to our life's. For example lets say somebody who has committed many crimes wants to start all over again. He needs a worthy goal , like to behave more better. He will need top have a positive attitude in order to do it. Once he has these things then he will have a starting point to a better life.

The strangest secret in  the world to me is that we become what we think about to ourselves. That is a very true statement. If you wanna become a success then all you have to do is think about it. I think that the things we think about to yourself is all the ambition we need. We are the ones that should decide our future and our life. If we decide to think negative about ourselves then that is when we know were not really going to make something out of yourself. Basically our life and our future depend on what we think of yourself. For example lets say you think to yourself that you are going to be rich, then later on in life you will become rich. But, if yo think about how you are going to be poor  and not become nothing then that will come true because you thought of it. This is a very true statement that probably make all of us think.

I agree with this because it is really true and i know that this has happened to everybody. For example if you think something positive in your mind then everything will be fine and its like your getting good fruit. But if you think negative then its like eating bad fruit.  today i have seen a video about Dean Smith. I knew who this man was before i even watched the video. Dean Smith was a very honorable man. He was probably one of the best coaches ever. His legacy has still inspired people and still lives on till this day. The quote by dean smith is basically saying he didn't mean to leave his legacy he was just trying to do the right hing. When you choose the right, then you will be respected and in some cases your legacy will live forever/ For example lets look at Michael Jordan. He got kicked out of the basketball team in freshman year in college for not being good enough. Now look at him he's one og the best basketball players ever. His legacy still lives till this day. That because he choose the right hing and didn't give up. This quote is very inspiring just like the person that said it.

I didn't really understand the quote till i read it a couple of times. i can relate to this a lot. the quote is saying that that if you don't focus on educating the heart and only the mind, then you aren't getting education. Its basically saying that if you just educate the mind and not the heart then you aren't educated at all. For example lets say you are educated and you simply know the work your suppose to do. You also got to educate your heart By saying you are committed to doing it. You should also say your gonna do it right and complete it. I think this is a very good statement by Aristotle.

i think that this quote is a very blunt and should be taken as advice to other people. The quote by Alex Linares is saying that whenever you choose the right then it will be the right thing to do.  I can relate to this because it does feel good to do something right when you know it is right. I think everybody should feel this in their lifetime because it is true. When you do the opposite like choose the wrong then it will be the wrong thing to do. For example lets say instead of drinking with somebody you choose to leave at that very moment that will be the right thing to do. This quote is a very understandable quote and a good one too.

This is a quote that i have heard many times in my life. This statement is clearly telling you one meaning. Its saying that its better to be alone then with people that aren't choosing the right or doing things they are not supposed to do. So basically if you are with a bad crowd of people then its better to be by yourself then to be with them. Most people hang out with people that are bad influence or that commit things they shouldn't do. For example lets say a girl goes out with her friends on a Saturday night. If the other group of girls are drinking then your with bad company. The better thing to do is to ignore them and rather stay by yourself then to be with the people choosing the wrong. So yes this quote is a very true statement and should go to people at certain times.
