Perfusionist
Duties and Responsibilities: Perfusionist operates circulation equipment during medical situations when it is necessary to artificially replace the patients circulatory or respiratory functions. It occurs during heart surgery. They also control the temperature of patients during surgery. They operate heart-lung machines.
Salary: $50,000
Education: You need a high school diploma with a background of biology and chemistry to be accepted in perfusionist training programs. Perfusionist training programs are given academic health centers and medical schools and universities. They must do 150 procedures to include 20 pediatric and infant cases.

Reflection: I would not like to be a perfusionist because I am not interested in this type of career in the medical field.
